Identifying the Problem

Our first commitment is to discover what the customers goals and visions are and find out what obstacles are keeping them from attaining it.  This involves going beyond what they may think their issues are and ask about process to identify the real problem, its’ impact on the business, and discover if there is a technology that can solve it.

Finding the Cause

Understanding the cause of a problem or issue must involve understanding what’s behind it. At PCSB Consulting, we dig deep to find out why.  We do this with detailed interview questions that may offer the customer a new perspective on problem solving.

Presenting the Solutions

At PCSB Consulting we do not provide one solution for every customer.  We utilize multiple resources at our disposal to arrive at solution proposal that adds value to our customer. We arrive at a solution for a problem after deep consultations with customers that always includes the considerations of cost, benefit, and complexity.  We also ask, what is the cost of not deploying this solution?  This is accomplished through deep dialogue and agreement with our stake holders.

Terri is a dedicated AT&T Solutions Provider with a 20+ year background in voice and data transformation. As an AT&T Technical Sales Consultant, Terri provided design and implementation support to AT&T Enterprise customers in the financial and retail sectors. In April 2017, she founded PCSB Consulting to utilize her skills to provide specialized solutions to meet customer’s requirements for Collaboration, Unified Communications, SIP trunking, Software Defined Networking, Security, and Data Applications.
Anna Davis
Anna DavisOperations Manager
Anna specializes in providing turn-key transformations from premise-based phone systems to advanced cloud-based “as a service” voice solutions. These solutions provide voice, fax, text messaging, audio and video conferencing, and team collaboration so you can be more productive in the office and on the go. Anna has a degree in business management with a concentration in marketing from Tusculum University and a strong background in the customer service industry. She handles our day-to-day operations, project management, and implementation.
Kristin Welch
Kristin WelchCustomer Care Manager
Kristin has a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and international business, with a master’s in teaching. During Kristin’s previous career, she spent six years working for Clayton Homes, leading the Net Promoter Score team. She was considered the subject matter expert and worked directly for the Chief Customer Officer during the company’s shift to become truly customer centric. She has collaborated with several renowned customer experience consultants, assisted in trainings and communications to all levels of the organization. Kristin is excited to bring her experience and passion for taking care of the customer to her role with PCSB.
Tim Anito
Tim AnitoConsultant
Tim joins PCSB Consulting after spending over 30 years in IT. As a former direct employee of AT&T, Tim helped grow the Alliance Channel to a multi-billion dollar sales group through his work supporting AT&T Solution Providers. He also worked as the Higher Education Manager for Tennessee supporting all public and private universities statewide. Tim’s long career and community volunteerism has established a reputation of ethical dependability that he brings to PCSB in support of customers and partners.
